Forest Bathing Guide Training
(Europe/North America)

The times and dates for the training will be:

Monday 31st Jan, Wed 1st Feb, Friday 3rd Feb (3 mornings/afternoons/evenings)
and Monday 6th Feb, Wed 8th Feb, Friday 10th  Feb (mornings/afternoons/evenings)

• Ireland and UK Time: 6.30-8.30pm
• Copenhagen, Brussels, Berlin, Oslo: 7.30-9.30pm
• New York/ Montreal: 1.30pm-3.30pm

Please ensure you have time to engage in self-guided personal nature connection practices during the two-week online training.
The online training will be highly experiential and facilitated through Zoom with group work, experiential nature-based activities, lectures, video, reflective practice.
3-month home-based Mentored Practice will follow the online training to support you to integrate the learning. You will attend a series of monthly calls with colleagues and mentors.
This mentored practice includes several online calls with your mentor, assignments, and nature connection practices.
Total hours for blended online training and self-guided practice are 40 hours + 45 hours over the course of three months. The 45 practice hours breaks down to 15 hours per month or 0.5 days per week. After this period, once you have met the requirements to be a competent guide and have completed your outdoor first aid you will receive your Forest Bathing Guide Certification.
You can also complete the Optional 3 Day Nature Immersion Training ( See dates on Website)

Integrative Forest Therapy Practitioner Training ( Europe/ North America)

31st Jan- 28th July 2023
6 months

Training will take place over 6 months. There will be 4 weeks of intensive blended online learning incorporating lectures from industry experts, groupwork, experiential nature-based activities, reflective practice, multimedia engagement and case study analysis . You will also have 5 months of mentored practice throughout this period which will include monthly group and individual calls. In addition, you have the option of attending a 3-day nature immersion training at an additional cost to supplement your skills and embed the practice. (Please see further details on the website). We keep group size small (maximum 15 participants) to optimise a tailored learning experience.

The times for the training will be:
Week One: Monday 30th Jan, Wed 1st Feb, Friday 3rd Feb
Week Two: Monday 6th Feb, Wed 8th Feb, Friday 10th Feb
Week Three: Monday 17th April, Wed 19th April, Friday 21st April

After this period, once you have met the requirements to be a competent practitioner and have completed both your outdoor first aid and mental health first aid, you will receive your Integrative Forest Therapy Practitioner Certification.
