Suzanne Radford is a certified forest therapy practitioner and forest bathing guide (Forest Therapy Institute, Nature Therapy UK) and a nature therapy and communication coach.

Originally from the UK, she developed her deep love of nature growing up in Rutland, the smallest county in England. She went onto have a successful career in media, hosting the award winning Dubai Today for Dubai Eye radio in the United Arab Emirates with a focus on work-life balance and health. She travelled the world connecting people to nature and wellbeing through her radio features and sharing of personal stories. Highlights are interviewing conservationist, Dr Jane Goodall and filmmaker and environmentalist, Celine Cousteau.

She was awarded Best Radio Talk Show by Sharjah Government Communication Awards for a show she produced and presented on the side effects of prescription medication for anxiety and depression. She was shortlisted by the International Broadcasting Awards for Best Radio feature, producing and presenting, Inside Out, about a women’s shelter in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

Suzanne has worked with the British Embassy and corporates running training and coaching programmes in effective communication and crisis management. She is a consultant Nature Therapy & Communication coach with the Human Relations Institute & Clinics Dubai and runs online and in person nature therapy for stress management programmes.

She is the founder of The Nature Pod and Forest Bathing Algarve and this is where she resides in the mountains of the Serra da Monchique in Southern Portugal offering forest in nature retreats, workshops and forest bathing walks.
